Abstract Submission
The abstract submission becomes accessible from August 19, 2023 at COSPAR ZARM Portal for COSPAR 2024 45th Scientific Assembly.
How to Submit an abstract:
- To view the Scientific program, visit Detailed Scientific Event Program 2024, select a Scientific Commission/Panel, and choose the relevant scientific event you wish to browse.
- Click on "Abstract Submission" in the left column and log in to access the My Papers section.
- You can submit your abstract and receive detailed instructions on the submission process.
Important Note::
If you do not have a username and password, click "Obtain Login."
If you have previous Assembly credentials, log in or retrieve them.
The deadline for abstract submission is February 16, 2024.
You can ONLY submit up to two solicited and two contributed abstracts where you are the lead author.
An administrative fee of €25 applies per submitted abstract.
Payment is via credit card through the PayPal system.
This fee doesn't cover Scientific Assembly registration (All presenters must register to attend the Assembly).
Amendments to your abstract can be made using the online system without charge.
