COSPAR 2024 Local Organizing Committee is pleased to offer a wide selection of hotels with discounted rates. The official hotels listed below were chosen after careful consideration of various factors including security, pricing, convenient accessibility, and others. All participants can enjoy special rates arranged by COSPAR 2024.
How to Reserve a Room
1. Choose the hotel you want.
2. Please download a reservation form for your designated hotel and fill it out.
3. Send the form to the hotel contact via email within the deadline.
4. The confirmation letter will be sent to you.

Cancelation Policy
Any cancellations or changes should be notified to the hotel in advance. Terms and conditions may vary depending on hotels; therefore, please check the terms and conditions as stated in the reservation form or contact the hotel.
Important Notes
All rates are quoted per room per night and can only be obtained by submitting the reservation form directly to the hotel manager via e-mail.
Also, any changes or requests in booking must be informed to the hotel contact.
The deadlines for room reservations are subject to the policies of the hotels, and the date is based on KST(Korean Standard Time). Early
bookings are highly recommended to guarantee your room.
Please refer to the terms and conditions stated in the hotel reservation form.
Please note that requests for early check-in and late check-out must be informed to the hotel in advance. However, additional charges may be
charged depending on room availability.
All rates are quoted in South Korean Won (KRW). Please click “Currency Converter” to check the exchange rates.
