Registration Guidelines
45th COSPAR Scientific Assembly (COSPAR 2024) will take place in person.
To register for the Assembly, please sign up first and proceed with the online registration as outlined below.
Registration Procedure
** Childcare registration will be open from March 1, 2024.

*Early Careers participants must be under 35 years old at the time of registration. A copy of passport (or a photo ID) must be submitted to be eligible.
**Retirees must have retired at the time of registration and submit proof of retirement to be eligible.
***Students must be registered at a tertiary institute at the time of registration and submit a copy of student ID to be eligible.
(Korean students are required to submit two documents for eligibility: a copy of their student ID and one of the following - a copy of their passport, driver's license, or residence registration card.)

Accompanying Person(s) Registration
Accompanying persons are entitled to access to public lecture, opening ceremony, opening reception, exhibition, coffee breaks, closing ceremony, and complimentary social tour.
Banquet ticket(s) for accompanying person(s) must be purchased separately.
Accompanying Persons’ registration will be open from January 2, 2024

Cancellation and Refund Policies
To request a cancellation, please send an email to the Secretariat via email at registration@cospar2024.org. Please note that refunds will not be processed until after the completion of the assembly due to administrative reasons. Additionally, a processing fee of $ 50 plus bank charges will be deducted from the refunded amount.
